We are approaching the halfway point for the Toastmaster year. By now, all officers are getting ready for the second round of Club Officer Training. In this round, we should also be inviting prospective Club Officers for next year to join the training.
If you are a Club Officer, your replacement officer needs to be shadowing you for the next six months. It is their chance to get a look at the job before they take over next year. If you did not yet find your replacement, now is the time to start finding them. Do not wait for the last minute to search for someone, there is no time to introduce them to the job if you wait until June to find your replacement.
