Before I joined Toastmasters in March 2019, I felt like my voice didn’t matter.
I had dreams. Ideas. A desire to grow.
But something always held me back.
I was quiet in rooms where I should’ve spoken up.
I watched opportunities pass me by—not because I wasn’t capable, but because I wasn’t confident.
Then I found Toastmasters.
That first meeting changed everything.
I didn’t just find a program—I found people.
I found support, encouragement, and a space where I could stumble, speak, and grow.
I was no longer invisible. I was becoming me.
