We are in the third month of the Toastmaster year. Each year all Clubs have certain tasks they are supposed to accomplish. The Clubs in Division H are no different.
By now all Clubs should have completed:
President – Calendar laid out for meeting dates (including open house and any special club events)
President – Calendar made public to all the members of the club
President – Request submitted for Club Coach if your club is eligible for a coach
Secretary – New officer list updated on Toastmaster International
Secretary – Club contact and meeting information updated on Toastmaster International
VPPR – Club website updated with correct meeting date, time, access instructions
VPPR – Club website Home Page updated with pertinent information making it look current
VPPR – Build and implement a PR campaign for the year
VPM – Create Prospective and New Member packets
VPM – Contact previous members / guests and invite them back to the club
VPE – Update club Mentor program and assign mentors where needed
VPE – Club website updated with agendas for the full year
VPE – Meet with each club member to discuss goals and schedule speeches accordingly
SAA – Restock meeting supplies for the year
All Officers – Club Success Plan written, approved and signed by all officers
All Officers – Attend first round Club Officer Training
All Club Members – Smedley Award participation – club gains five new members before Sept 30
All Club Members – Membership renewals prior to Sept 30
