The goal of the District is to have all clubs at charter strength. We are in the first renewal period of the year. Everyone congratulate Memorial Hospital and Speak Up Toastmasters Clubs. Both clubs are currently at charter strength.
The renewal period finishes at the end of September. How many other clubs are going to join these two clubs in the charter strength circle?
Clubs need at least eight members to be a viable club.
Clubs with more than three but less than 13 members are eligible for a club coach.
