Dear Members,
Several clubs across our district are operating with fewer than 12 members — and they urgently need a Club Coach. When a club struggles, the entire district feels the impact. When a club rebounds, the entire district grows stronger.
I’m asking for your help.
Why Your Support Matters
A club coach can be the difference between a club closing… or becoming Distinguished again. Coaches bring stability, encouragement, and fresh energy to clubs that need a lift. Serving as a coach is also one of the most meaningful leadership experiences Toastmasters offers — and you’ll earn credit toward your DTM when the club reaches Distinguished.
A Special Thank-You
If you are already serving as a Club Coach, the district sincerely thanks you. Your dedication, time, and leadership are making a real difference. We appreciate you.
Who Can Serve as a Club Coach?
To be eligible, you must:
- Be a paid Toastmasters member in good standing
- Not be a current or former member of the club you coach
- Commit to supporting the club until June 30
- Attend club meetings regularly and work with the executive committee
- Help the club set goals, build membership, and strengthen club culture
You don’t need to be an expert — you just need a willingness to listen, guide, and serve.
Why This Matters for District 33
Every struggling club represents voices that could be growing, leaders who could be developing, and communities that rely on Toastmasters for confidence and connection. When we come together to support these clubs, we protect the strength of our district and the future of our members.
If you’re willing to step in — even for one club — please reply to this email or contact me directly. I’ll match you with a club that fits your schedule and strengths.
Thank you for your dedication and your commitment to keeping our district strong.
Committed to club excellence,
Pete OBryan DTM
