Hands together everyone – WOW – Mary Oleson is our newest DTM for District 33, Division D. Mary worked very hard and diligently to achieve her DTM Award. Overcoming barriers, working through issues when she felt overwhelmed and always remembering she was not in it alone. Congratulations Mary on qualifying and completed this major milestone in your Toastmaster journey.

Club membership status changed since the end of our Sept Renewal Period. The District goal is to have all clubs at Charter Strength (20). There are several clubs that lost members, making it difficult to reach this goal right away. All clubs are encouraged to ask members that left to come back. Most people do not renew because they are not asked to renew. Did you ask?

For those clubs under eight members, you are in danger of becoming Suspended if you do not get up to at least eight members in your club. Eight is the minimum number of members to have an active viable club.

AREA DIRECTORS – Please assist any of your clubs that need help finding more members. You can also reach out to Gavin Haffner for help. He has a team working to assist clubs with their membership drives.

In the race to the finish line by Sept 30, 2025. WOW – what an amazing job. Congratulations and kudos all around. Every club in our Division gets credit for completing and submitting their plans on time. Woo Hoo – great job everyone.

September has come and gone. Club membership status changed during the process. Clubs with three or more members but less than 13 members are eligible for a club coach. If your club fits into this category, please reach out and get a club coach assigned.

There is training going on for club coaches as we build a pool of new coaches. Anyone interested in becoming a club coach contact Bill Jones of the DTM Club. The first quarter training for Coaches took place. The next training session is scheduled for Nov (see upcoming events, save the dates).

AREA DIRECTORS – the District goal is to get every club that is eligible for a club coach to be assigned one. Please encourage your clubs to get a club coach. Club coaches will help each club to achieve Distinguished or better status.

Congratulations Debbie Allmon for being the first Area Director to complete this round of club visits. Reminder everyone, we would like to get all the club visits done by the end of October if possible.

AREA DIRECTORS – As the Area Director, you are the pulse of your clubs for the District. The District looks to you as the first line of defense toward helping clubs succeed in all that they do. Our District goal is to have all club visits completed by the end of October. We are only one club visit away from reaching that goal. Woo Hoo – Congrats to all everyone for getting these completed.

Club Officers – If your Area Director did not yet schedule a club visit, please reach out to your Area Director and ask them to stop by. Your Area Director is a wealth of knowledge that can and should be used to help build on your successes.

Several Pathways Projects were completed since the beginning of the Toastmaster Year.
