The following two minute report was presented at the DEC and DCC meetings on Sept 14, 2024 for Division H status:

1. Three Area Directors – Juanda Ford, Britney Brimm, Mary Reyes
2. Membership Goals
   1. 1 new member per club per month
      1. Seven clubs are eligible for a coach and not yet assigned
      1. Clubs are asked to get those members as quickly as possible to come off the coach list
      1. Renewals – Memorial Hospital, Speak Up Toastmasters – there are four other clubs with 7
      1. There are 4 clubs at zero, Aera, Chevron, Metamorfasis, and Wonderful Orchards
3. Officers Trained in first round
   1. Reach for the Stars – 2
   1. City of Bakersfield, Wonderful Orchards – 3
   1. Aera, Chevron, Metamorfosis – 0
   1. All other clubs have five or more trained
4. Success Plans
   1. Division – first draft completed
   1. Area H-1 – Not Started
   1. Area H-2 – Not Started
   1. Area H-3 – first draft completed
   1. Several clubs started building their plans – plans should be complete by Sept to ensure a successful year

   1. Based on the current projection we are likely to have a few more clubs needing coaches
