About Aletta Rochat, DTM

Aletta Rochat, DTM, is a professional speaker, trainer, and author from Cape Town, South Africa, and the founder of Voicing Your Potential, a company she established in 2010. She coaches individuals and organizations in executive presence and communication skills.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Witwatersrand and a Diploma in Marketing Management from the University of South Africa. Rochat is also an InnerLifeSkills Wisdom Partner and Certified Coach. Her leadership journey includes participation in the Rotary Exchange Program and selection for the Rotary Group Study Exchange Program. In 2018, she was honored as Xtraordinary Women’s Woman of the Month.

A Toastmaster since 2008, Rochat is a member of the Cape Town Toastmasters Club and has served in multiple high-level leadership roles within Toastmasters International. She has earned the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) designation—the highest level of educational achievement in Toastmasters.

She shares:
