Would you like to save time, effort, and money with the convenience of paying for one year in advance? I have a wonderful opportunity that will help you offset your Toastmasters club costs and save you money!
Galvanize 50% of your club members to renew one year in advance and WIN BIG! Here’s how it works:
Every member who pays a year in advance renewals will earn at least $5 toward club costs.
For example, I know I will be renewing my $45 Toastmasters dues two times between now and September 30, 2023. (Once for six-month period starting October 2022 and then again for six months starting April, 2023).
If your membership base is 22 as of July 1, 2022, and members renew through September 30, 2023, then Toastmasters club costs incurred since July 1, 2022 can be used to offset costs by what your members earn.
It is easy and gets even better because it has the potential of paying back up to $10! Here’s how that works:
When you have at least 50% of your membership renewed to September 30, 2023, the amount per member goes up to $10 per member! For example, if Reach for the Stars starts with 22 members as of July 1, 2022, and 10 members renew a year in advance, they qualify for $10 per member credit. $10 per member incentive x 10 members =$100.
That’s $100 of club costs you can offset! This credit is immediately available to the club. If you have any questions, please ask.
On September 30 we will track which clubs have members who paid one year in advance. Those clubs will be recognized at the Hall of Fame in October.
Respectfully,
Debbie Allmon, DTM
District 33 Director 2022-2023
Can you post the details to get memberships posted through September 2023? The new software does not work like it did so folks may need a little help with this incentive.
Hi Roxie it’s Debbie Allmon all you have to do is input the renewals after October 1 you have through February 1 to complete it and those will count toward your 50% mark.
Debbie, TOTAL has over 22 member and will have over 22 members pay dues for October – March period. If we get 10 members to pay for one year, we get the $100? Is that like IT dollars? Or is that $100 going into our club account?
Hi Anna. These are not T.I. gift certificates it’s more like the District Bucks program. Let’s say you want to purchase meet up and you paid $100 for Meetup you can give us that receipt you’ll have $100 credit and we can give you a check for $100. The check will go to your account
I have no idea what a TM “cost” is. Do you mean the following:
If you get 50% of your membership renewed through the next term, Toastmasters will provide $ 5 per member for TM branded merch from the website. And if you get XXXX (or XXX%) more members signed up the amount rises to $10 per member.
It seemed possible you meant this. Or if not please explain what at TM cost is.
Hi thank you for inviting clarification. Upon checking with Toastmasters International we will not be able to renew that second portion which will be through September 30, 2023 until after October 1. So this renewal incentive has been updated you will have between October 1 and February 1 to complete that 50% of your memberships are renewed through September 30. To receive payment you will need to have a receipt for a Toastmasters expense. It could be food purchase for an open house it could be a meet up account it could be supplies from Toastmasters International. Let’s say you have $100 credit you can apply that expense by turning it in and we will issue you a check for $100.

I agree with all the above questions…Does the money go to the Club or are they Toastie BUCKS?
And when will these comments get answered so we can all see the answers? Thanks.
Thank you Michelle hope the answers were helpful.
We have over 50% of our club renewing for a year. I can’t figure out how to enter that on the Toasties International site. Can you help?
And is their a direct email or phone number for you? Thank you.
Hi Michele.
First pay all renewing members’ TI dues now for 6 months (10/1/22 – 3/31/23).
Next, per Debbie above, wait until after Oct 1, then go in and additionally renew those who paid for a year, for an additional 6 months (4/1/23 – 9/30/23).
