Members of the District Council*

District 33 Director, Nico Martin, DTM, has called the first District Council meeting for 9/14/2024 at 10:30am PDT.

This will be a virtual event held via zoom, and advanced registration shall be required. The registration link will be placed here and/or emailed to DEC Members.

Official notification of this event will be sent in writing to the members of the District Council at least four (4) weeks prior to the meeting. An agenda shall be posted at least 14 days before the meeting, and information regarding electronic voting procedures posted at least four (4) weeks before the meeting, at this location, in accordance with District Protocol 7.1.

Among the items of business will be adoption of the District Budget, and confirmation of the appointed District Leaders. Furthermore, it is expected that the Council will determine what Speech Contest(s) to hold for the District Speech Contests, based on a recommendation from the District Executive Committee.

* The District Council consists of All Club Presidents, Vice Presidents Education, and all DEC Members, which includes all 29 Area Directors, all 8 Division Directors, the District Director, PQD, PDG, PRM, IPDD, Administration Manager, and Finance Manager.
