Members of the District Executive Committee* (DEC).

District 33 Director, Nico Martin, DTM, has called the second DEC Meeting for 9/14/2024 at 9am PDT. (Please note that a District Council meeting will immediately follow this DEC meeting, and your attendance is also requested).  Please note, registration will close at 11:59 PM on September 13, 2024, as we need to finalize the quorum.

This will be a virtual event held via zoom, and advanced registration is required:

All voting at this meeting will be conducted electronically using the voting capabilities in the Zoom platform. In order to participate fully, and vote, attendees must join via the zoom application either on a personal computer, or device such as a tablet or smartphone. Dialing in by telephone will not allow voting, and is not recommended. Each of the DEC members carry one vote, and a majority of the DEC members constitutes a quorum.

Among the items of business, it is expected that the DEC will be asked to make a recommendation to the District Council on what Speech Contest(s) to hold for the District Speech Contests. The DEC is also required to prepare a District Budget for the District Council to review and approve.

* The DEC consists of all 29 Area Directors, all 8 Division Directors, the District Director, PQD, CGD, PRM, IPDD, Administration Manager, and Finance Manager.
