Welcome to District 33 Toastmasters!

Toastmasters is a program that empowers individuals to become more effective communicators and leaders.  We teach these skills through a network of more than 140 clubs located throughout central California, from the coast to the deserts. We are here to help you to improve your public speaking, presentation, and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth!  The heart of the Toastmasters Program is the club experience.  This is where a Toastmaster’s journey begins.

Meet your District Director, Debbie Allmon, DTM

What do Toastmasters and bicycling have in common? Debbie will tell you that following both passions in her life has given her the opportunity to become stronger through facing and overcoming her fears. Luckily, as the new Director for District 33, Debbie doesn’t have as many fears as she did when she first joined Toastmasters.

Born and raised in Bakersfield, Debbie was working as a real estate appraiser when she joined Toastmasters in 2012. Meet all our District Leaders

District 33 is led and supported by a team of District Officers and other leadership roles. The District is divided into geographic Divisions lettered A through G. (Map). Each Division is lead by a Division Director. The clubs in within each Division are organized into Areas, each of those lead by an Area Director.
