Calling all District Officers*
The District Director has called a meeting of the DEC for Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 5:00 PM PDT, to be held virtually via Zoom. Registration is Required (below). Voting will be conducted electronically.
The DEC is tasked by the District Council with reviewing and approving the District Success Plan and budget, and overseeing the financial operation of the District; it recommends the assignment of clubs to Areas and Divisions; reviews recommendations and reports of District committees, including those of the Audit Committee; and performs any duties assigned by the District Council.
Important: Please register no later than May 15, 2025, at 3:00 PM to confirm your attendance.
