Passed without Objections and added to Operations Manual:

The District Executive Committee, in its first meeting of the 2019-2020 term, approved a change to the Operations Committee’s term of service as directed by Toastmasters International. This change was inadvertently left off the agenda during the District Council’s September 28th meeting. The  District Executive Committee’s recommendation to the District Council was passed without objections.

With the District Council’s approval, the change will now be added to the Operations Manual.

 Operations Committee Term of Office: The chairman and each member of  
the committee shall serve for the program year from July 1st to June 30th, effective July 1, 2020.
The members of the committee who are appointed in 2019-2020, shall serve a six-month term from January 1st to June 30th, 2020.

Realignment Proposals Passed without objections. Club movements will take place on July 1, 2020,  as shown in the proposal grid:  REALIGNMENT PROPOSAL - EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2020
